Collections

Group assets around a project, a campaign, or a theme. More flexible than a folder — an asset can belong to several collections without duplication.

Use cases

• Marketing campaign — every variation (FR/EN, formats) of a campaign
• Living brand book — canonical examples of each communication type
• Client pitch — a selection to share publicly
• Inspiration — moodboard, references

Creating one

Collections → New collection. The name is unique within an org. The cover (the asset shown as a thumbnail in the list) can be assigned afterwards by clicking an asset from the collection detail view.

Smart collections

Instead of curating by hand, define a query — asset type, tags, client, product, text search, date range — and the collection keeps itself current: new imports that match appear automatically. Toggle Manual / Smart when creating the collection; smart ones carry a “Smart” chip on the card and the query can be edited later from the collection header. Typical uses: “all social assets for Client X”, “everything tagged Q4”.

Asset order

Drag & drop in the detail view (powered by @dnd-kit, not native HTML5 — keyboard accessible). The order is persisted in the collection_assets.position table.

Public sharing

The Share button in the collection view gives you a public link (no login) that exposes only the assets in that collection. Options:

• Allow download — per-asset download button
• Expiration — date at which the link stops working
• Revoke — immediate cancellation

Plan limits

• Free — 5 collections
• Starter — 15 collections
• Team / Business — unlimited
