Annual — save 20%
Flip the Annual toggle on the billing page. You pay the equivalent of 10 months for 12.
Trial period
14 days free on any paid plan if your org has never had an active subscription. No card required at signup — the card is asked for at checkout.
What happens at the limit?
- 80% — warning in the sidebar and an email to the owner
- 100% — the action is blocked:
- Asset limit → Figma import returns 403
- Member limit → invitation returns 403
- Collection limit → creating a collection returns 403
Existing content stays accessible — you just can't add more until you upgrade or delete.
Upgrade
Settings → Billing → Choose plan. Stripe Checkout opens, you pay, and the customer.subscription.updated webhook applies the new plan within seconds.
If you upgrade mid-cycle, Stripe prorates automatically (you pay the day-accurate difference).
Downgrade
Same page, pick a lower plan. The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you keep the higher plan's features until then.
If your usage exceeds the new limit after downgrading, importing new assets is blocked until you delete enough rows OR re-upgrade.
Cancellation
Settings → Billing → Manage subscription opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancel whenever you like — the subscription stays active until the end of the cycle, then drops to free.
Refunds
No automatic refunds for renewals (you have access to the service). Exceptional cases (billing error, dispute): email billing@designvault.net and we handle it within 5 business days.
VAT / Taxes
For Québec customers, QST and GST are added automatically. For customers in other jurisdictions, you are responsible for VAT self-assessment according to your country.
