Getting started

Five minutes from signup to your first imported asset.

1. Create an account

Sign up with your work email and your organization name. We automatically create your org, your owner role, and a Free subscription (100 assets, 3 members, 5 collections).

2. Connect Figma

Under Settings → Figma, paste a Figma Personal Access Token (instructions here). A Personal Access Token is the only method for now — OAuth is coming. The token is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage — we never see it in clear afterwards.

3. Import your first asset

  1. In Figma, copy the URL of a frame or a node
  2. Click Import Asset at the top right of the Assets page
  3. Paste the URL — the Type field can stay on Auto-detect (the AI scan fills it), or pick one (Landing page, Email, etc.)
  4. Import

The AI scan then proposes a title, tags, a description — and the client when a logo is visible. Approve, edit, or reject it all from Review; nothing is applied without you.

4. Invite your team

Settings → Team → Invite member. An invitation email is sent with a link valid for 7 days. Available roles: owner, admin, member, viewer.

5. Organize with collections

Under Collections → New collection, create one collection per campaign / project. Add assets from the grid (multi-select → Add to collection). A collection can be made public for client sharing.
